Bradford C Floyd is the senior partner of Floyd Law Firm and focuses his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis in real property, commercial, insurance and personal injury disputes.
Since becoming a lawyer in 1988, Brad has had in excess of 100 civil trials in both state and federal courts. He has obtained verdicts in complex litigation cases exceeding one million dollars and has negotiated several million and multimillion dollar settlements for his clients.
Brad has worked extensively with experts in accident reconstruction, accounting, engineering, vocational rehabilitation, surveying, appraising and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in managing cases from both the plaintiff and defense side. Brad has handled cases involving injury resulting from vehicle collision, product defect, workplace discrimination, disclosure of trade secrets, real estate fraud, and unfair trade practices. He has successfully sued public entities on the state and local level, large national and international corporations and insurance companies.
Brad graduated from Utah State University in 1985 and received his legal education from the University of Oregon in 1988. He is admitted to practice law in California’s state and federal courts.
